Our first letter - Received 10/18

We don't have a scanner, so I'm just going to transcribe the letter for you all... (postmarked 10/16)

"Bradshaw Fam,

Hey what up? Thanks for all your letters. It's nice to know how things are goin for you. I'm missing you guys so much. The MTC is crazy. They keep you totally away from everything of the world. It was really hard to adjust to at first but I'm used to it now. I'm learning so much here. I'm having some really good experience too. They have a thing called the "Referral Center" where people call in for free movies and Bibles and Books of Mormon and stuff. We talk to them and share testimonies with them. I sent missionaries to a guys mom's house. He was so happy and excited. It was awesome. I can't wait to be the missionaries out there doing that. Other than that I sit in class for 12 hours trying to learn Japanese. It's kicking my butt. It's a tough language to get a hold on to. Thanks for everything you do. I love you guys and give the boys a hug for me."

Also, just for anyone who might be interested... I found a website that will send you an email whenever there is a new post on a blog. The site is http://www.blogarithm.com/ You just enter in the URL http://elderhyde.blogspot.com/ and your email address. They will email you with a link to click on to finish the "subscription". Then it will supposedly email you whenever there's a new post. I signed up and this post will be the first new one so I'll let you know if it works...

Hi. . .

I thought this would be a fun way for all of us to share in Weston's missionary experiences. This way when we get a letter/pictures from him, we can post it for all to see and read rather than making 6 phone calls! This is for everyone so if you have any suggestions please feel free.
